When scheduling your meals and snacks, and building a healthy diet, you can maximize your digestive health, prevent overeating, and limit other issues like bloating and indigestion issues.
Sticking to your eating plan prevents snacking on extra goodies throughout the day – even better, it can help prevent snacking on junk food. Food schedules also help you stay on track for getting enough calories – getting too little calories can promote internal stress, which leads to weight gain and inflammation.
So using a food schedule helps you stay on track.
When I first used a food calendar, I thought I was going to hate it, but I actually found it fun to follow. I looked forward to checking the schedule to see what was in my next meal. While being consistent with my workouts and pairing it with using the food schedule, I got better results from my workouts and saw more definition in muscle development.
Give the food schedule a try – you may be surprised on how much you like using it.
