Detox Rainbow Buddha Bowl (Digestion + Inflammation)

Why It Works: Full of antioxidants, healthy fats, and fiber to aid digestion and fight inflammation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes and carrots
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Hydration & Beverages – for you detoxers:

  • Water with lemon or cucumber throughout the day.
  • Herbal teas: Dandelion root, nettle, ginger, and turmeric.
