A Blast From the Past – My First 14-Day Reset
(And Why I’m Still Sharing It)

Do you ever go through old pictures or year books and dig deep into the past?
Well that is what I just did – I found this program I ran in 2017… and I want to share it. It was the first cleanse I created.
You will not find my new content…
No fascia work.
No breathwork.
No real understanding of the nervous system.
Just nutrition… and a strong instinct that the body needed a reset.
Looking at it now, it shows how far I’ve come.
But it also still does one thing really well.
What This Reset Is Actually Good For
This isn’t a quick fix or trendy detox.
It’s a simple way to:
- remove common inflammatory foods
- give your digestion a break
- and actually learn how your body responds to food
Most people never slow down enough to do that.
The Part That Actually Matters
If you use this, focus on Phase 3 – reintroduction
This is where you:
- add foods back in
- observe your body
- identify what’s causing issues
This is the piece most people skip, and it’s the most valuable.
What I Know Now (That I Didn’t Then)
Back then, I thought results came from food alone.
Now I know:
👉 A stressed body reacts differently to the same food.
Your:
- stress levels
- tension in the body
- breathing patterns
…all affect digestion, inflammation, and results.
How I Would Do This Today
Now I approach things differently:
- Fascia work
- Breathwork
- Heart-focused work
- Then nutrition
Because:
If the body is stressed, healthy eating won’t work the way you expect it to.
Why I’m Sharing This
Because it’s still a great starting point.
It helps you:
- build awareness
- understand your body
- identify food sensitivities
Just know:
This is a tool – not the full solution.

I’m also including 50 recipes to make it easy to follow.

Final Thought
This was one of the first things I created in the past – when I was still trying to figure out my passion.
And even now, it still teaches the most important skill:
👉 Learning how to listen to your body
If you want to go deeper, that’s where my current work comes in.
